Description

The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the renovation project of the existing St. Patrick School.

Perform the Work within the time stated in Section 01 10 00 - Summary of Work.

Construct Work under the contract requirements in the applicable Divisions described in Section 00 01 10.

The General Contractor and all Subcontractors are responsible to read the tender documents in whole and not in part. It is assumed that by accepting the awarded contract all items included in the tender documents all be furnished for the price stipulated.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: 12:00 P.M., April 2nd, 2024 at St Patrick School, 6006 Rundlehorn Dr. NE, Calgary AB

Submit Bid Form, together with any Bid Form Supplements (Bid Security, Consent of Surety, Undertaking of Insurance letter, COR Certificate) that are required to be submitted together with the Bid Form, before the Bid Closing time indicated on the Project Information Page.
