Description

The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the renovation project of the existing St. Sylvester School.

Perform the Work within the time stated in Section 01 10 00 - Summary of Work.

Construct Work under the contract requirements in the applicable Divisions described in Section 00 01 10.

The General Contractor and all Subcontractors are responsible to read the tender documents in whole and not in part. It is assumed that by accepting the awarded contract all items included in the tender documents all be furnished for the price stipulated.
