Snow removal equipment for 68,000 G.V.W.R. chassis
Tenders can be hand-delivered or mailed to the above address, whereupon they will be dated and time stamped. Bidders are solely responsible for the delivery of their bid in the manner and time prescribed. Envelopers that are not clearly marked as per above will not be accepted. Tenders received after the closing time and date specified shall be rejected.
Tenders will be opened publicly at the Hampton Town Office immediately following the tender closing time.
Tenders must be dated and signed by an authorized signing authority on behalf of the bidder.
A certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total tender price payable to Hampton must accompany this tender. All bid deposits, except those of the tenders with the three lowest tender prices, will be returned within seven (7) days of the tender opening. Bid Deposits of all but the successful tenderer will be returned within twenty-one (21) days of the tender opening. In the event that the successful bidder fails to execute the form of agreement within the time stated, the
security deposit will be forfeited to Hampton.
