Description

Public Health Ontario requires a cloud based Budgeting & Reporting software solution that easily integrates with its existing Workday HRIS, Sage300, and WFN ADP systems to plan and track agency wide expenditures and revenue. The Budgeting & Reporting software will automate the current Excel based process and deliver enhanced financial reporting to users (both external and internal) as well as timely corporate related management information.
Scope of Work
The proposed solution will support Public Health Ontario by optimizing data utilization from its existing systems by:
• Providing an enterprise-level financial management system;
• Providing financial reports for external users, including Audited Financial Statements and other financial reports required for Annual reporting, etc;
• Providing dynamic financial reports for internal management purposes, critical in tracking and monitoring whether PHO funds are used effectively and efficiently;
• Enabling decision making through provision of accurate and timely financial information;
• Improving business planning processes with better financial reporting through scorecard and dashboard capability.
