Nanaimo-Ladysmith School District #68 (the Owner) has engaged a Construction Manager, Heatherbrae Builders Co Ltd., to tender and construct (subject to approval) the Building Enclosure Rehabilitation at John Barsby Secondary School. The Construction Manager is issuing an Invitation to Tender to Trade Contractors as follows: Demolition Waterproofing Scaffolding Metal Flashing Rough Carpentry Self-adhering Membrane Finish Carpentry Sealants Insulation Steel Doors and Frames Air and Vapour Barrier Aluminum Windows & Doors Fiber Cement Siding Painting Preformed Metal Siding Roof Drainage
