Description

The Town of Stony Plain is seeking qualified Consulting Engineers for the design, tender, project management and construction services for the Brickyard Neighbourhood Stormwater Improvements. The consulting services are divided in two phases: Phase 1 includes Pre-Design, Preliminary & Detailed Design, and Tender Services; Phase 2 includes Construction Services. The intent of this RFP is to find a proponent demonstrating the capabilities of providing the scope of work described within Appendix B, in full. Phase 1 is to be completed no later than January 31, 2025, with construction to be completed by the end of 2025. Phase 2 is subject to successful completion of Phase 1 and Council approving the construction budget. The proponent will work closely with the Town's Engineering staff and stakeholders to ensure the projects success from inception to completion.
