This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Swensson Park Shelter - Prefabricated Shelter - Supply & Installation ..
Swensson Park (the “Park”) is a popular community park in west Abbotsford, which includes a soccer field, two basketball courts, a tennis court, a playground, and pathways. The local community has expressed a desire for a shelter to be added, to support uses such as small gatherings and special events. The Park was identified as a priority to receive a permanent picnic shelter structure. Completing the new shelter by or before August 30, 2024 is critical for this project.
