Description

Scope of Work: School District 59 Invites offers under seal for the renovation of the washrooms at Crescent Park Elementary School located at 9300 – 17th street, Dawson Creek.

School District 59 is the owner of the building and will continuously occupy the building during the construction of the renovation. The original building is a masonry block structure with concrete slab on grade with pile and grade beam foundation.

Work under this contract includes, but not limited to demolition on the washroom cutting and coring wall and floors, management and care of hazardous materials, concrete placement, and installation of, electrical, and partitions and ceilings. As well as interior finishes and flooring. The contractor shall make good on all finishes designated to be re-used and minimize disturbance of the existing tenant.
