NOTICE OF TENDER

EMAILED Tenders will be received by the NB Power until May 13, 2024 at 3:00 PM local time for the following:

CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF DISTRIBUTION LINES (POLE WORK)
WOODSTOCK, FREDERICTON, GRAND FALLS DISTRICTS
BID SECURITY REQUIRED

Tender bids and addendums shall be submitted to NB Power via email to AllTenders@nbpower.com. No paper will be accepted.

There will be no public tender openings.

FORCED LABOUR AND CHILD LABOUR LAWS

The Tenderer's bid should be formulated with a full understanding and appreciation of Supplementary General Conditions "C"/Part 2, Forced Labour and Child Labour.
