This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for supply and installation of equipment for the Capstone - South Riverwalk Natural Play Amenity, as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.
