1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories:
Road Construction (C70000000) OR
Asphalt Road Works C7000100

2. Surface overlay of 128 Ave NE from Metis Tr NE to Red Embers Gate NE

3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

4. Expected Construction Completion Date is 2024 -10- 31
