SUMMARY OF WORK:
The major items of work include the following approximate quantities:
1. General requirements including mobilization, de-mobilization and survey layout etc.
2. Clearing and grubbing, approximately 66,400m2 (subject to site conditions and deletion)
3. Remove and dispose of topsoil and organic matter stripping, hauling and stockpiling, approximately 76,200m2 (300mm depth; subject to site conditions and deletion)
4. Remove and disposal of existing fence, approximately 2,020m (subject to site conditions and deletion)
5. Supply and install new fence, approximately 2,020m (subject to site conditions and deletion)
6. Supply and install 2, 6m wide, and 2.44mm high swing gate (subject to site conditions and deletion)
7. Remove and dispose off existing 6 monitoring well (subject to site conditions and deletion)
8. Supply and install new 6, monitoring well (subject to site conditions and deletion)
9. Pond common excavation including cut, fills, berm construction, embankment, compaction, hauling and stockpiling, approximately 35,898m3 (subject to site conditions and deletion)
10. Supply and install 1 outlet structure complete including plug valve and tie-in connections
11. Supply and install 2, 300mm PVC DR 35 pipes c/w rip-rap, approximately 39m
12. Supply and install 2, 750mm PVC DR 35 pipes c/w rip rap, approximately 53m
13. Drain existing pond, desludge and dispose of site to certified sewage lagoon
14. Topsoil and organic matter stripping, approximately 3,454m3 (300mm depths) and dispose off to a landfill (subject to site conditions and deletion)
15. Pond common excavation including cut, fills, berm construction, embankment, compaction, hauling and stockpiling, approximately 16,992m3 (subject to site conditions and deletion)
16. Pond base preparation for 60mil HDPE liner, approximately 12,080m2 (subject to site conditions and deletion)
17. Supply and install heavy non-woven geotextile protective layer, approximately 12,080m2 (subject to site conditions and deletion)
18. Supply and install 60mil HDPE liner including gas vents, tie-into inlets penetrations, anchoring to the berm complete, approximately 12,080m2 (subject to site conditions and deletion)
19. Supply and install 2 inlet concrete pads
20. Supply and install 2, 500mm PVC DR 35 pipes including tie-in connections complete, approximately 74m
21. Berm construction including common excavation cuts, fills, berm construction, embankment, compaction, hauling and stockpiling, approximately 5,934m3 (subject to site conditions and deletion)
22. Ditch construction including common excavation cuts, fills, compaction, hauling, stockpiling, ditch checks, topsoil and seeding, approximately 522m (subject to site conditions and deletion)
23. Road embankment complete including common excavation, cuts, fills, compaction, hauling and stockpiling, approximately 7,182m3 (subject to site condition and deletion)
24. Supply and install new sub-grade preparation, approximately 2,140m3 (300 mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion)
25. Supply and install new gravel base course, approximately 1,700m3 ( (GBC; 300mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion)
26. Ditch construction complete including erosion protection, ditch check, topsoil & seeding, approximately 1,690m (subject to site condition and deletion)
27. Catch Basin Manholes, 1,200mm dia. including frame, cover and tie-in connections complete, approximately 5 v.m
28. Supply and install new concrete V-150 Gutters, approximately 130m
29. Supply and install 600mm depth barrier layer (low permeability soil) including common excavation cuts, fills, hauling, placing, compaction and preparing slopes, approximately 8,914m3 (subject to site conditions and deletion)
30. Supply and install 350mm depth subsoil layer including common excavation cuts, fills, hauling, placing, compaction, approximately 4,460m3 (subject to site conditions and deletion)
31. Supply and install heavy non-woven geotextile, approximately 13,642m2 (subject to site conditions and deletion)
32. Supply and install new 200mm depth topsoil, approximately 13,642m2 (subject to site conditions and deletion)
33. Supply and install hydroseeding, approximately 13,642m2 (subject to site conditions and deletion)
34. Supply and install new topsoil, approximately 6,200m2 (100 mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion)
35. Supply and install seeding, approximately 6,200m2 (subject to site condition and deletion)
