AER is looking for competitive bids to renew its Telax licences and support.

AER`s Contact Centre Management System cloud solution is hosted by Telax

The Telax solution is made up of two core components:
1. the web-based administration portal, which is accessed through a web browser by AER’s managers and system administrators
2. a lightweight (4MB) desktop application known as the Contact Centre Agent (CCA) client application.
