Description

The purpose of this project is to develop / update park Development Cost Charge (DCC) bylaws for three distinct park services in the Regional District of North Okanagan.

The consultant will be responsible for:

Leading the development/updating of draft DCC rates for the three (3) Park Services
Leading and reporting on the results of stakeholder meetings, e.g. meetings with the development community and the public;
Producing a report(s) that summarizes the methodology, recommendations on proposed DCC rates, and stakeholder input.
