Description

The scope of work includes renovations to the corridor at Normandeau School, located at 61 Noble Avenue, Red Deer. Most of the school corridors are finished with painted gypsum board ceilings. The east and south corridor ceiling is starting to pull away from the metal hat track and has created a safety concern. Install t-bar ceiling in the corridors.
.2 Replace existing corridor flooring with new sheet good flooring.
.3 Re-finish existing lockers.
.4 Contractor will be responsible for abatement of hazardous materials in the renovation areas. Hazardous Material Report has been included in the specification.
.5 Owners legal name is 'The Red Deer School Division'.
