Description

The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery is establishing a Vendor of Record arrangement for the provision of Commercial Printing services on an as-requested basis. The successful Vendors may form the Commercial Print Services Vendor of Record (VOR) list and will be requested to submit quotes for jobs, known as a second stage selection, through the issuance of a Request for Service (RFS), as necessary.

The term of the VOR arrangement will be for two (2) years with two one-year options to extend.

It is not compulsory for Vendors to submit quotes on all RFS' issued.

The RFS will be sent by email to all Vendors on the VOR list in the appropriate print category for the job. The work will be assigned to the lowest bidder who can meet the requested timelines. The successful Vendor of Record will be notified by email.
