This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the “City”) to prospective Bidders to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of waste & recycling services.
The City requires a provider to place and service a variety of commercial waste and cardboard recycling bins at various City owned buildings and facilities
