This is an opportunity for prospective proponents to provide a feasibility study for the expansion of the Emergency Department at Colchester East Hants Health Centre. NSHA is interested in receiving proposals from qualified proponents with expertise in health care facility planning to provide design consulting services while engaging the proper disciplinary expertise required.
