PDF Tenders for the construction of the above works, consists of the construction of the Cul-de-Sac on St-Joseph Street and the construction of a storm pond. This includes, the supply and installation of approximately 60m of new PVC Watermain, Sanitary Service Pipe, Storm Sewer Pipe, Storm Service Pipe, Storm Manholes and a new Catch Basin. Excavation for the new storm pond, in addition to full width road construction and trail paving. New curb and gutter, including perforated drain tile and
existing curb removal and disposal. Work includes the complete restoration of all disturbed areas, and all related work, will be received until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 23, 2024 by:

Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:
Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at jinette.mccormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.
A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Town of Shediac must accompany each tender.
Tender opening method:
A public opening of tenders will take place at the office of the Town of Shediac (at the address above) immediately following the close of the tendering period. Immediately following the close of the tendering period, the opening committee will review all submissions and prepare a summary report that will be made available to all bidders via e-mail.
No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Procurement Act
