Description

The City of Pitt Meadows (the ‘City’) is requesting Proposals from qualified firms or individuals interested in completing a feasibility study for the Harris Rd Complete Street, including preliminary design concepts, capital and lifecycle cost, data collection and review of existing conditions, topographic survey, consideration of impacts and mitigation options, public engagement and feedback, refinement of concepts, presentation to the City’s Active Transportation Advisory Committee (ATAC) and Council, and finalization of a report encompassing all the applicable information. This study will be used to assess the suitability and practicality of a Complete Street Corridor through the main arterial through the City and possibly to aid future grant applications for detailed design and implementation of the works.
