Description

North Island College (NIC) is requesting proposals for Construction Services under $200,000 at the Comox Valley Campus. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a supplier to provide Construction Services under $200,000 as required for the North Island College (NIC) Comox Valley campus, 2300 Ryan Road, Courtenay BC, V9N 8N6. This will also include the Beaufort Daycare Centre building that is currently situated on campus as well as our new Student Housing space. The term for services will be for three (3) years, with an opportunity to extend for two additional two (2) year terms.

A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday July 10, 2024 at 11:00 am Meeting at the front entrance to Komoux Hall at the Courtenay Campus of North Island College.
