Description

Request for Proposal for Construction Management Services for the School Expansion of Edgehill Elementary located at 7312 Abbotsford St, Powell River, BC V8A 2G5. The School District is expanding to include 5 permanent classrooms (2 Kindergarten + 3 Elementary), an expanded gymnasium, a new Media Tech Center/Lounge and Multi-Purpose space, as well as renovations and improvements to existing Administrative, Support + Mechanical space.

A mandatory site visit to examine the site prior to submission will be held:
Date and Time: July 15, 2024, between 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
