Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the Owners to solicit Proposals from interested parties to serve as the Prime Consultant (“Consultant”) in an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Team. The selected proponent will work on the expansion project of the RCMP Detachment located at 698 Atkins Avenue in Langford, B.C. This project is being undertaken by the Owners using the Integrated Project Delivery Model (IPD) and best practices.
