Sealed tenders marked "REGIONAL TOWN OF CAP-ACADIE New Boardwalk Ramps - Aboiteau Beach", will be received until 2:00 p.m. (Atlantic time) Thursday, August 1st, 2024, at the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie located at 2647 Acadie Rd. Cap-Pel , NB E4N 1C2. The opening of tenders will be done publicly immediately following the tender's closing.

Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total tender price (tax included), payable to the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie. Tenders shall be returned in a sealed envelope clearly showing the Tender name and number, tender closing date and company's name on the front of the envelope. The successful Bidder will have to submit to the Owner, at the time of the contract execution, a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each equal to 50% of the Contract
amount (tax included).

Tendering procedures and amendments of the Construction Services Regulation 2022-78 under the Procurement Act and amendments thereto shall apply to this contract.

Tender documents are available online on New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON). The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest, the highest or any other qualified tender will not necessarily be accepted.
