The intent of this RFP is to engage an architectural firm (the “Prime Consultant”) to support the development of the Business Case for the Project, to obtain the necessary Preliminary Planning Approval and Development Permit, and to act as the Prime Consultant for the duration of the Project, subject to approval of the Business Case.
