Description

NVRC invites detailed Proposals from Recreation consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in strategy development, aquatics services, staffing models, pool allocation methods, and equity & inclusion for the provision of an Aquatics Strategy.

Purpose: To develop a strategy and set of recommendations that maximizes NVRC’s aquatic resources, aligns use with community needs, delivers high-quality service to all ages and abilities, and appropriately supports local aquatic organizations.
