Description

City of Delta is seeking to develop a Fire Department Master Plan that discusses the present organization and provides a strategic plan for Delta Fire for the next ten or more years.
The task is to evaluate the entire Delta Fire current service delivery model and organizational structure and provide recommendations for improvements in the short, medium, and long term.
