Description

The objective of this RFP is to identify and select a qualified consultant (the “Consultant”) who can assist management and the Board in creating a comprehensive strategic plan that will guide our organization for the next four (4) years. This plan should help us prioritize our activities, allocate resources effectively, and set measurable goals.
