The City of Moose Jaw (the “Owner”) will be pre-qualifying contractors for a competitive procurement process related to the replacement of approximately 1,400 meters of watermains with approved materials with associated fittings, valves and hydrants and installation of approximately 700 meters of feedermain with associated fittings, valves and hydrants (the “Project”).
