Description

Selkirk College is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide space planning configuration, supply furniture and provide installation for Pit/Hub Area Refurbishment

A recommended site visit will be available by contacting our Site Visit Contact below and must take place no later than February 14, 2025. Contractors, and their subcontractors (as required), are recommended to become familiar with the sites and existing conditions prior to submitting a bid and to make sufficient allowances for conditions related to the work. Claims for an increase in Contract Price or Contract Time arising from observable conditions will be rejected by the Owner.
