Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary (The City) is requesting the supply and delivery of various street lighting components for The City’s own inventory. Items being requested are as follows:
Schedule A Fuses & Fuse Components
Schedule B Splice Components & Connectors
Schedule C Conductor
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for a Term of one (1) year and may be renewed two (2) times for two (2) years each time.
