Description

To ensure quality care and patient safety in Ontario, as well as the capacity of Ontario’s health care system to deliver high quality home and community care services, Ontario Health atHome, in partnership with Ontario Health, will administer the prequalification process for fiscal year 2025-26 for Ontario Health atHome Service Provider Organizations (SPOs).
Scope of Work
Prequalification and renewal of prequalification process for nursing, therapies, personal support and homemaking Services for Ontario Health atHome sector in Ontario.
