Description

McQueen Place Lodge is a 120 unit, 3 story complex that is located at 10938 – 142 Street. The facility was constructed in 1998 and is owned and operated by GEF Seniors Housing. This project is to provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary for the makeup air unit located at the west and south side of the roof. GEF Seniors Housing engaged Titanium Engineering & Kiezik Consulting Ltd to develop project specifications, and drawings as attached. The intention of this project is to be a turn-key solution that shall include all necessary work and upgrades to existing make up air units. Successful contractor to act as a Prime Contractor for replacement of makeup air units.
