Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Painted Wood Waste Processing. The CVRD is seeking a qualified and experienced service provider to process painted wood waste material collected at the three CVRD Recycling Centre facilities for the purpose of recycling. In Additionally the CVRD is potentially seeking provision of bin supply and hauling services to the processing facility. The objective of this service is to divert materials from landfilling, maximize the recycling or reuse of the painted wood waste materials, and minimize the residuals requiring disposal
