Description

The purpose of this RFP is to identify a qualified contractor to perform low-pressure hot water washing of City Hall's exterior masonry, which has accumulated algae buildup and staining over the years. The cleaning will be conducted using an aerial drone (drone washing). The specific requirements are detailed in the Buyer Attachment titled Scope of Work. Interested parties (“Respondents”) must submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions outlined in this RFP.
The term of the contract expected to be a 2-year period with three possible 2-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 8 years.
