CAPTIAL STREET IMPROVEMENTS 2025

DILLON PROJECT NO: 25-9822
Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, March 4th, 2025 at the Town Office.
The Work includes the supply of labour, transport, materials, services, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the Work. Also included is all work of a general nature such as co-ordination, obtaining permits and approvals, clean-up, property protection and testing. In general without limiting the scope of the Work, the Contract consists of the supply and installation of approximately:
- Roadway reconstruction:
- Asphalt Milling, Padding, Resurfacing and Full Depth Paving;
- Precast concrete structures;
- Concrete Curb and Gutter;
- Structure adjustments;
- Cross Culvert and Storm Pipe Replacement; and
- Site restoration.
Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-633-5000 or email mcorbett@dillon.ca . Original tender documents will be issued in hard copy via courier or in person at 274 Sydney Street, Saint John, NB and an electronic copy of the tender package will be provided by email. The electronic copy is issued for
information purposes only while the hard copy forms the official contract documents.
A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay - Westfield, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender.
Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton.
Tenders will be opened publicly at the Town Office as soon after the Tender closing as
possible. The Town of Grand Bay - Westfield reserves the right to reject any and all Tenders
and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
