Description

The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist in the comprehensive review, update, and creation of procurement guidelines, procedures, and associated templates. The selected consultant will be expected to undertake a structured process across three key phases, each aimed at improving and modernizing RMOW’s procurement practices to align with industry standards, legal requirements, and operational efficiency.
