Description

High River is seeking residential building maintenance services at two (2) municipal affordable housing properties, Mundy Park and Prairie Sound. Through preventative maintenance, ongoing maintenance and immediate repairs, the desire is for a risk mitigation and asset protection program to reduce damage and deterioration.
