Description

The Board of Education of School District No.45 (West Vancouver) invites proposals from experienced Construction Management Firms to work with its team on the envelope upgrade of West Bay Elementary School.

SCOPE In general, the Scope of Work consists of: - Envelope upgrade of existing school including new siding and windows. - Structural upgrade to concrete bases of exterior steel posts (10).
