Description

The RDCK is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors to complete replacement of two (2) ageing roof top units with new dual fuel units at the Nelson and District Community Complex.

The Bidder must satisfy themselves as to the practicability of supplying the Services in accordance with the Contract, and shall be held to have satisfied themselves in every particular before submitting a Bid, by inquiry and by inspection of the Site herein described. If applicable, the Bidder should examine the Site surroundings and, before submitting a Bid shall satisfy themselves as to the nature of the Site, the quantities and nature of the Services to be supplied and in general, shall obtain all relevant information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence their Bid.

A pre-bid site meeting has been arranged for March 12, 2025 at 1:00 PM Local Time (PST).

Contractors may contact the RDCK Project Manager to make arrangements to view the site if they are unable to attend the arranged meeting. The site will be unavailable for review from March 30, 2025 to April 13, 2025 inclusive, unless pre-arranged prior to this timeline.
