Description

ADDENDUM #1 - Please add additional information to envelopes indicated below.

The town of Rothesay is seeking qualified consultants to create a Strategic Plan for the Town.

The plan shall encompass a clear framework for the achievement of Council's goals and advancement of the community though the next 5 years.

The Technical Proposal outlining the workplan and the Financial Proposal outlining the proposed fee for service should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and clearly marked Technical and Financial with the title (Consultant for Strategic Plan) and contract number (RFP-2025-002) for the project and bear the name and address of the submitting bidder in upper left corner of envelope.

The closing date and time will be Tuesday March 25, 2025, at 4pm. It will be the intention of the Town to evaluate and award the proposal at the regularly scheduled meeting of Rothesay Council on April 14, 2025.
