PART 1 - INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPONENTS
1.1 Invitation to Proponents
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the New Brunswick Housing Corporation ("NBHC") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Design Build Services ("the Services") as further described through the RFP document.
This RFP is to procure the services of a Design-Build team for the design and construction of a multi-unit residential building. The Design-Build team is to provide a turnkey solution that includes everything from design services, siteworks, permits, utility connections through to handover.
