PURPOSE / SCOPE OF WORK:
The City of Moncton requires repairs along the Riverfront Boardwalk. It includes pavers and boardwalk repairs and retaining wall replacement at 80 Main Street (Settlers Landing). These repairs are to stabilize the back edge of the boardwalk where undermining of the footings have occurred - as indicated in the attached drawings. Also included is the removal of 3 timbers and replacement with unit concrete replacement wall along the length of the parking lot at civic 200 Main Street (Ch teau
Moncton). The project includes, but is not limited to the supply and installation of:
.1 Precast concrete panels and caps,
.2 Geosynthetic clay liner membrane,
.3 Helical piles,
.4 Deck leveling,
.5 Concrete encased trench drain including catch basin and culvert outfalls,
.6 Drain tile,
.7 Drain Pipe and outfall c.w rip-rap,
.8 Fill and landscape area grading,
.9 Removal of top 3-140mmx140mm timbers,
.10 Installation of unit concrete wall,
.11 Topsoil and sod,
.12 Curb and Asphalt reinstatement,
.13 Deck board reinstatement,
.14 Stenciled deck letters and asphalt painting.
