TENDER CALL
NEW BLOWER BUILDING FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT LAGOON
ST. STEPHEN, NB
DILLON PROJECT NO: 23-7074
Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 3:00 P.M., local time, March 31st, 2025, at the Municipal District Office.
This Contract encompasses all labor, transportation, materials, services, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the Work as detailed in the specifications and drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, coordination, mobilization, demobilization, permit acquisition, site cleanup, property protection, and testing. Specifically, the Work consists of:
- Pickup, delivery, and installation of pre-purchased equipment.
- Construction of a new building as defined in the Contract documents.
- All necessary site restoration work.
Official Contract Documents shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-633-5000 or email mcorbett@dillon.ca. Original tender documents will be issued in electronic format only.
A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Municipal District of St. Stephen, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender.
Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton.
Tenders will be opened publicly at the Municipal District Office as soon after the Tender closing as possible. The Municipal District of St. Stephen reserves the right to reject any and all Tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
