PFN is seeking the professional services of a qualified Consultant Team for a feasibility study for the Potable Water Capacity Assessment. This Scope of Work (SOW) is to be used as a guide, in combination with good professional engineering design judgment and standard industry practices, and is not intended to be a completed procedural document. It provides the basic standards that the Consultant Team shall adhere to when carrying out work for the Potable Water Capacity Assessment.

The consultant shall act as a faithful advisor to PFN in all matters. The Consultant shall keep PFN personnel informed on all matters related to pre-planning, planning, and all other important aspects forming part of the scope of work and shall execute all works in conformance with requirements set out in Protocol for INAC (Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada) Funded Infrastructure:
