OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Addendum?: start date change from April 14, 2024, to April 28, 2025.

Proposed work includes but not limited to construction of new gravel parking lot, crusher dust trail and plaza, site furniture, landscaping, encasement of NB Power conduit, construction of lookouts, signage, concrete trail work, construction of toe rails, placement of rip rap and boulders, construction of wood fencing, and all incidental work, such as clearing, grubbing, and grading, as per contract documents.
