Description

The County of Grande Prairie No.1 is receiving tenders for the following project: Teepee Creek Fire Station The Work for this Contract comprises the following:
1. Construct a new pre-engineered steel Fire Station located in Teepee Creek, Alberta, for the County of Grande Prairie No. 1
2. Construct new yard including gravel, asphalt, concrete aprons, pads, sidewalks, and fencing, etc.
3. Provide lot grading including fire pond and finished grades
4. Construct new approach
5. Provide electrical requirements from the existing overhead power line.
6. Provide natural gas requirements from the existing line.
7. Install site servicing including new well and treatment, and new sewage holding tank
8. Provide new landscaping including artificial turf,
