Work including, but not necessarily limited to the following:

.1 Roof Replacement on designated roof areas at Deep Cove Canoe and Kayak Centre, located at 2156 Banbury Road, North Vancouver, BC, V7J2T1.

.2 On Roof Area 1.1: Price to remove existing cedar shakes and 15lb felt underlayment down to existing 2’x4” wood strapping and install new 13mm (1/2”) plywood sheathing, shingle underlayment and new fibreglass asphalt shingles
