RVS is requesting proposals from General Contractors licensed and qualified to carry out work in the Province of Alberta; to enter into an Agreement to perform Beiseker School Washroom Renovation as per the following instructions, terms, conditions, and specifications. The award decision will be based on the proposal that provides the best value for RVS. The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted.
