Project Summary: The City of Calgary is looking to upgrade and install new features and amenities in various parks and public areas over the next three years. Additionally, there will be several ad hoc projects each year, awarded to Contractors as needed for emergent improvement work based on the call-up process outlined in Appendix E. Please note there will be a second RFSO 25-2008 Landscape Construction Projects $750,000 to $3,000,000 issued for landscape construction projects valued between $750k - $3M. Respondents may apply for either or both RFSOs. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: C7000300 Landscape Construction C7400200 Buildings General Contractor (includes: parking structures, new builds, renovation, maintenance and repair work) To view the list of pre-qualified firms, visit https://www.calgary.ca/CA/fs/Documents/Bid-and-Vendor-Information/PrequalifiedContractors.pdf.
